Eggert is responsible for growing IDP’s residential business, including multi-family, mixed-use, single-family townhomes, twin homes, and senior living properties. He will focus on identifying risks and strategies for mitigation when purchasing and developing unentitled land.
Prior to joining IDP, Eggert worked as a planner and project manager for Lake West Development, LLC, and has also worked on large land transactions, commercial development, zoning, and neighborhood projects.
