Carole Mette

In over ten years working in commercial real estate, Carole has learned to master all of the details associated with managing a project, from pre-development details, to project financing to overseeing the construction process. In addition to her role at IDP, Carole also currently serves as Planning Commissioner for the City of Eden Prairie, where she reviews proposed development and zoning projects. Before joining IDP, Mette worked as a developer for Sherman Associates, a privately-owned commercial real estate firm, where she focused on urban housing, hospitality, and commercial projects.
