Hamline Station

IDP worked with Project for Pride in Living (PPL) on the redevelopment of a used car lot adjacent to the Hamline Station stop as a part of the Green Line Corridor redevelopment. PPL developed 108 affordable housing rental units across two buildings, and IDP retained 14,000 square feet of first-floor retail space in the west building.
