IDP’s August Bruggeman Promoted to Director of Development

WAYZATA – Jan. 1, 2020 – Inland Development Partners (IDP) announces the promotion of August Bruggeman to Director of Development. Bruggeman has been with the firm for just over a year, working as an Analyst and Investor Relations professional.

Bruggeman is responsible for assisting in project underwriting of IDP’s real estate development opportunities and acquisitions, as well as managing the IDP Investor Experience Platform. In addition to this role, Bruggeman will now look to grow and sustain the IDP business through land and site acquisitions, sales negotiations, and project management.

His in-depth knowledge of agency lending products including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD came from his experience as an analyst with Greystone Servicing in Minnetonka and will serve him well in his new role.
