In 2016, Inland Development Partners (IDP) partnered with the City of Robbinsdale and area property owners to redevelop Terrace Center, the former Terrace Mall and theater. IDP performed site remediation and clean-up and repositioned an existing medical office building. The success of the project came from IDP’s ability to develop a strong relationship both with the city, and anchor tenant Hy-Vee. IDP also secured grants through a variety of sources to enhance the economic returns of the project.
Inland Development Partners worked closely with the Robbinsdale community to design and develop a multi-use site that would fulfill the community’s needs and support Robbinsdale’s expanding growth. Over the past few years there has been an increase in residential buildings, restaurants, and shops to accommodate the growing population of Robbinsdale.
IDP was thrilled to work with Hy-Vee to open its ninth store in the Twin Cities, becoming the only major supermarket in the city. The Hy-Vee team was responsive to the community’s requests and communicated closely with city council members to ensure they were forming a trusting and long-lasting relationship with the city of Robbinsdale.
IDP also partnered with North Memorial Health and DaVita Dialysis to design and develop medical office space that would allow for the most productive and efficient workspaces and the best customer care.
