Three Tradition companies — Tradition Capital Bank, Tradition Wealth Management and Tradition Mortgage — recently converted a single-tenant office building in Wayzata to fit the three firms. The space also includes an office for the building’s landlord, Inland Development Partners.
The build-out was completed in April. Public spaces such as the stairwell, elevator and restrooms had been in the center of the building, which proved difficult in the renovation, since each company needed its own separate entrance. Additionally, due to size constraints, not every company would have room for separate employee lounges or lunch rooms.
