Parker Station Flats is a 198-unit class-A apartment complex that features luxury units with premium finishes, a fitness center, yoga room, an outdoor pool and fire pit, and underground parking – all within walking distance to great restaurants, retail and transportation in Robbinsdale. The IDP team successfully managed a complex land assemblage process, secured attractive HUD financing, received grant capital through three (3) separate funding agencies, and negotiated a tax-increment financing package to help make this project a reality.

Parker Stations Flats is IDP’s second project in Robbinsdale where they have built a strong relationship with the city, its council members, and its residents over the last few years. By partnering with the community IDP has shown commitment and collaboration by gathering feedback and input from the community, and planning projects based on the community’s needs and long-term vision.

Prior to Parker Station Flats, IDP partnered with Hy-Vee to open its ninth store in the Twin Cities at 3505 Bottineau Blvd in Robbinsdale, becoming the only major supermarket in the city. The city council has worked closely with developers and residents to fulfill the requests of the community.
