Parker Stations Flats is IDP’s second project in Robbinsdale and they have built a strong relationship with the city, its council members, and its residents over the last few years. Prior to Parker Station Flats, IDP partnered with Hy-Vee to open its ninth store in the Twin Cities at 3505 Bottineau Blvd in Robbinsdale, making it the only major supermarket in the city. The city council has worked closely with developers and residents to fulfill the requests of the community.
