By partnering with the community IDP has shown commitment and collaboration by gathering feedback and input from the community, and planning projects based on the community’s needs and long-term vision.
Prior to Parker Station Flats, IDP partnered with Hy-Vee to open its ninth store in the Twin Cities at 3505 Bottineau Blvd in Robbinsdale, becoming the only major supermarket in the city. The city council has worked closely with developers and residents to fulfill the requests of the community.
