Sophia Shaver
Sophia graduated from the University of Wisconsin’s Real Estate Program in the spring of 2019. She continued her
passion for real estate while working at CBRE for 2 years as a tenant-representative managing Target’s big-box industrial transactions. Shaver recently joined the Inland Development Partners’ team as a part-time Staff Associate in October. As a Staff Associate, Shaver is responsible for investor relations, analyst work including investment summary documents, researching project sites, compiling zoning information, facilitating broker events, and assisting marketing efforts including managing IDP’s social media accounts.
