Tom Dillon

As an Owner’s Representative, Dillon provides every aspect of an Owner/Developer’s interest on real estate projects. His extensive experience in project management covers a broad range of commercial, senior housing, and multifamily development. Dillon has partnered with IDP since 2019 as an Owner’s Representative through his company McSharry Real Estate, LLC., but has known and worked with the IDP team for decades


  • Managing all aspects of a project on behalf of the owner, including entitlement, design, construction, and project delivery
  • Handling daily duties between all partners: architects, attorneys, city officials, lenders, and general contractors
  • Supervising all development, municipal entitlement, acquisition, brokerage, contract negotiation, sales, and marketing
