Steven Eggert
Prior to joining the Inland team in 2022, Steven worked as a planner and project manager for Lake West Development, LLC where he added value through his expertise in government and regulatory authorities helping ensure a streamlined approval process of their developments. His work has also included work on large land transactions, commercial development, zoning, and neighborhood considerations. A notable past project includes Savona in Lake Elmo, MN, a 180-acre multi-family and single-family development totaling 300+ homes. This project with Lennar was the first large Planned Unit Development within the newly developing I-94 corridor within the City of Lake Elmo.
